Lost In Transition

Barcelona, August 2011

I have to say Barcelona isn’t my favorite city. But the second time I was there, wandering around the port I remembered the shot I took five years earlier, and I thought it might be fun repeated it. You know, to document the difference. I can tell you in 2011 I had five years of working out behind and in 2006 I hadn’t even started. I’m fairly certain you can’t tell any difference, so I’m starting to wonder if I’ve been wasting my time at gym. Other than that, the first shot was taken by my ex-ex girlfriend, and at that time I hadn’t started yet my solo traveling career. Instead I took myself the second shot during one of my first solo adventures. The only thing that didn’t change was the port and its boats in the background. I seem to be lost in thought. If you look at the big picture, I was lost in transition.
